⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Perfect Recipe This place was the perfect setup - great space, great location, and a great host. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the essentials for an easy stay. The U of O, Matthew Knight Arena, Autzen, Agate Street, and Hendricks Park all waking distance. Kathy was friendly, responsive, and made the stay a breeze. We’d absolutely recommend it and will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place while visiting our son, who is a senior at the University of Oregon. The apartment is newly remodeled, with two comfortable bedrooms and a clean, modern bathroom. The location in the hills just east of Hayward Field was perfect, close to campus, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The balcony view was a highlight, with beautiful sunsets and a peaceful setting overlooking the trees. Kathy was a very responsive and thoughtful host, providing clear check-in instructions. Communication was smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even though the backyard is still being finished, it didn’t affect our experience. We’re looking forward to coming back in the winter and spring during lacrosse season and hope to stay here again. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Eugene!

Kathy and her family were excellent hosts! They have a beautiful new rental in the hills above the University of Oregon campus, yet you could walk if needed. Stellar sunsets from the porch! Peaceful surroundings. The beds are excellent - we slept so well. My family and I will always look to see if Kathy's place is available when we come to Eugene. Thank you, Kathy and Family!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and a very pretty spot. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained and stocked well with amenities. I loved the little treat basket on the counter with some snacks. We were attending events at Hayward Field and found the walk there and back enjoyable. Just to note, it is an up hill walk back. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family if they are ever in the area and we look forward to our next stay there.
