You have access to the back house and private fence in backyard. Great place to BBQ and sitting by a firepit while enjoying the beautiful trees and flowers.

This small house packed a big punch. The King bed and bedroom were perfectly comfortable and spacious. The yard and patio are small, but very private and worry-free-fenced for our corgis. I’d be happy having a bbq dinner there in the summer. The house really had everything you need, including a vase I wanted for flowers and THREE luggage holders. I love those when living out of a suitcase. Kathy was remarkably communicative. Great stay.

We loved staying at Kathy’s lovely home while we came to see our college student for a long weekend. It was wonderful for our two pups to be with us and the small yard was perfect. We loved it and will definitely stay there next time we come to see our teen!

This was a perfect place for our weekend visit to Eugene to tour the UofO with our teenagers. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and a short walk to campus. Compact, clean amd comfortable for five of us plus our medium sized dog. Great little fenced yard and lovely neighborhood for walking him that’s also close to Hendricks Park, which is a bonus for a botanical lover like me. Highly recommended and we will hope to rent this place again on our next visit!

My family and I stayed Thanksgiving week so we could visit my daughter at the University. This is our second stay and we absolutely loved it. The house is clean, comfortable, and better than the listing. The location is incredible. You are close to campus and many popular restaurants. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and so charming. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. We would stay here again! It feels like home.
